Mallory Williston
Licensed Professional CounselorMallory is a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience in outpatient and school-based settings, working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship difficulties, emotional or behavioral concerns, and everyday stress. She believes a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship is at the heart of counseling and offers a warm, genuine space where clients can be themselves. When appropriate, she also welcomes creativity, fun, and laughter into sessions.
Drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment theory, family systems, trauma-informed care, and an understanding of the nervous system’s response to stress, Mallory helps clients explore how past experiences and relationship patterns may affect them today. She supports clients in building practical skills, greater self-understanding, healthier connections, and more open communication—including support for couples, families, and parenting needs.
